This cherished creative journey entailed imagining a new world class luxury spa, associated 14 Luxury Spa Hotel Rooms and the development of an iconic bar inside the signature restaurant on the storied Westlake Village Inn property. The Westlake Village Inn is a well established 17 acre haven in Northern Los Angeles County, located in close proximity to Malibu, Calabasas and Santa Barbara. Our ambition was to create an exceptional new destination spa retreat for these communities. We sought to elevate the existing European Village fabric emanating from the resort and to complete a vision reminiscent of the owner’s memories of his extensive travels to Europe. the grounds contain an ensemble of buildings ensconsed in a European village like ambience imagined on Tuscan and Italian Hillside precedents. We are blessed and grateful for the strong bond forged between our office and our client during the course of this incredible collaboration.
