A Modern Traditional estate within the exclusive Summit Club in Las Vegas overlooking the first tee box and fairway. The home blends familiar traditional elements mixed with some obvious modern twists. This is the second home we have had the pleasure of designing with this client so we were able to successfully capitalize on lessons learned during our first project together. This home was envisioned as a family-centric plan, first and foremost, with an ability to entertain as the next priority. There are many spaces to gather and enjoy time together including cozy dining spaces, a cocktail lounge, a game room and a private theatre.
